THE COOK WAITED….

He seems the cook, but just for us. Nando is our friend living in Slovakia. He was very brave waiting us till almost in the morning at Kosice airport. His wife, Jana, was really very patient with us coming from far in the middle of the night.. Well, she was great in our travel planning. It was a fantastic 30 days’ travel through 10 European countries.

But we arrived in Presov at their home at 300am. What the travel agency did?Nando prepared pizzas, very tasty and fresh. It was the fastest way for hungry travelers. The picture shows Nando preparing food. Try to guess what it is….Palola, besides, Brazilian, like me, who is shooting the picture.

For this trip we brought everything with us: cameras, camcorders, raincoats, maps, cell phones who really worked. We could talk with relatives in Brazil. It was astonishing what technology does.

The days after we ate good food in Presov, because it was cheap for Brazilian currency. Food was also typical, different for us. We went to restaurants, had ice creams, soft drinks, went to supermarkets. Fast food was also in our schedules in order to win time. But beer…my dear…beer is really very good there. The guys make really good beer. We prepared for our next destinations, planned by bus, by train as well as cheap flights. Of course, engines don’t work with beer….
